Here at the Land and Sea chippy we have been proudly serving the freshest, tastiest fish and chips to the fine people of Thirsk, North Yorkshire since 2011.

We were the first fish and chip shop in Thirsk to start serving gluten free fish and chips back in 2014 and as a result you, our valued customers, have kindly named us "The BEST fish and chip shop in Thirsk"* for four years in a row! Our gluten free fish and chips are available on the 1st and 3rd Saturday Evening of every month from 4.30pm.

We have been voted as one of the 50 BEST Fish & Chip Shops in the UK in 2022 for the fourth consecutive year by FRY Magazine and we look forward to seeing what the rest of the year brings.

We are extremely proud that we have been named as one of TOP 60 fish & chip shops in the UK in the 2022 National Fish & Chips Awards. We were also named as one of the TOP 6 fish & chip shops in the North East, which is a huge achievement we are greatly proud of.
